Contact Carson:

Carson O’Sullivan brings an energetic approach and considerable knowledge in direct sales to the Pacific Mergers and Acquisitions team. Prior to joining Pacific, Carson held positions as a Sales Analyst and Salesperson in door-to-door sales, cold calling across Saskatchewan, where he was born.

His determined mindset and complex negotiation skills have allowed him to excel in sales-oriented environments.

Coming from a non-traditional background, Carson spent his summers in Saskatchewan and his winters in Alberta, which gave him the opportunity to play on four different sports teams at a provincial level.

He was fortunate enough to receive a rugby scholarship to Shawnigan Lake School on Vancouver Island, where he then went on to represent numerous select rugby teams and play internationally, including representing Team Canada U18.

Travelling sparked a passion in Carson, urging him to enroll in International Business at the University of Victoria. Shortly after graduating, Carson passed his CFA Level I exam and is currently a CFA Level II candidate.

He is simultaneously completing his CBI designation from the IBBA, and his Commercial Real Estate License through UBC. As a firm believer in continuous education, Carson has taken courses in public speaking, negotiations, and critical thinking.

In Carson’s spare time, you can catch him outdoors snowboarding with his twin brother, paddle boarding on the ocean, hiking or hanging out at the beach.
